At PUFFERFISH our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Shipping Zones

We are currently ship to most places worldwide that are accessible via UPS.

Cost of Shipping

The cost of shipping is calculated in real-time when you check-out, based on current rates from our shipping providers.

Shipping Options

Our shipping options vary by product, but generally include standard shipping, 2-day, and 3 day shipping. 

We may substitute a different carrier than the one chosen at checkout if it will get to the customer faster, or at the same speed but at lower cost.

Delivery Time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 1-3 days after the order is placed. 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS or UPS.  Items usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

Restrictions: We generally do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Customs

If you are shipping to somewhere other than the United States, customs duties will be charged upon delivery.
